Viva Cryo’s lymphatic service group includes cryo-thermal lymphatic drainage, post-op lymphatic drainage, and a corrective post-op option. These are non-medical wellness services. They do not diagnose or treat lymphatic disease, infection, surgical complications, fibrosis, or other medical conditions.
Post-procedure care requires coordination. Before booking either post-op service, obtain clearance from the clinician responsible for your procedure and follow that clinician’s timing and care instructions. Viva Cryo may also need to decline or postpone a session when screening suggests that a licensed medical provider should evaluate the concern first.
Clients should disclose the procedure performed, date, affected area, current symptoms, medications, and any restrictions from their care team. Urgent symptoms—including severe or increasing pain, shortness of breath, fever, spreading redness, drainage, sudden swelling, or a concern about a blood clot—require prompt medical attention rather than a studio appointment.

Clearance is not merely a scheduling formality. Your treating clinician’s instructions remain controlling throughout recovery, and the studio may postpone or decline an appointment if current symptoms or incomplete information fall outside a non-medical wellness setting. Bring updated instructions when your care plan changes.
