A more coordinated way to plan your visit
Cryo Concierge is part of Viva Cryo’s published service inventory. Because the name alone does not establish a fixed protocol or list of inclusions, the first step is a direct conversation with the Viva Cryo team rather than an assumption about what the appointment includes. That consultation can center on your schedule, interests, and the services you are considering.
During that conversation, explain what you are looking for, when you hope to visit, and whether you are interested in cryotherapy, red-light therapy, body-contouring services, muscle toning, or another offering on the menu. The team can clarify what is currently available and whether a coordinated plan makes sense. No service should be added simply to make an itinerary larger.
Consultation before combination
Viva Cryo’s client context emphasizes that services are often discussed in combination. Cryo Concierge provides a natural place for that planning, but it does not imply that every client needs multiple treatments. The studio can compare practical factors such as appointment length, sequence, preparation, and spacing. Your comfort, goals, prior experience, and relevant health considerations remain part of the decision.
Device-based services have their own suitability questions. Share health conditions, medications, recent procedures, pregnancy, implanted devices, sensitivities, or clinician instructions that could affect a proposed appointment. If a question requires medical judgment, seek guidance from an appropriately qualified clinician before scheduling. Concierge planning is not medical advice, and it cannot establish that a service is safe or suitable for every person.
Designed for privacy and convenience
Viva Cryo serves nearby residents, visitors, and hotel guests from its Flatiron/NoMad studio. A coordinated conversation can be especially useful when time is limited or when you want to understand the options before arriving. The studio is near Chelsea and Gramercy Park, with appointments managed through Mindbody.
Discretion is central to the experience. You can discuss body-contouring and wellness interests privately without being expected to share your visit, participate in photos, or provide a public review. If you are arranging around travel, an event, or another commitment, tell the team your real schedule. They can explain what is logistically possible without making promises about outcomes by a certain date.
Confirm the details before booking
Because Cryo Concierge may involve individual planning, call Viva Cryo to clarify the current format before reserving time. Ask which services are included in the proposed visit, how long to allow, what preparation is requested, and whether separate Mindbody bookings are needed. If the plan changes, make sure you understand the revised sequence.
The goal is a clear, unhurried plan—not a generic bundle. Viva Cryo can help you navigate its menu and schedule while keeping expectations realistic. Results vary across body-contouring and wellness services, and the studio does not guarantee a particular appearance, measurement, sensation, or timeline.
