Bridal Body Contouring is Viva Cryo's consultation-led approach for clients exploring aesthetic services around a wedding. It is not one fixed treatment or a promise to change your body by a certain date. Instead, the consultation creates space to discuss your priorities, your timeline, and which—if any—of Viva Cryo's contouring, red-light, cryotherapy, cavitation, or toning services may fit.
The service can be relevant to a bride, groom, partner, or wedding-party member who wants a private plan before the event. The word “bridal” describes the occasion, not a requirement about identity or the type of treatment you must choose. You can focus on what matters to you without adopting somebody else's checklist.
Start with the date, then set expectations
Bring the wedding date and any other important dates—such as fittings, travel, or photographs—to your consultation. They help Viva Cryo discuss a practical schedule. They do not create a guaranteed treatment deadline. Bodies respond differently, and any visible change may be modest or temporary.
Viva Cryo does not promise a specific measurement, clothing size, body shape, or photographic result. Non-invasive body contouring is not obesity treatment and does not provide the health benefits associated with weight loss. A plan should support an informed aesthetic choice, not introduce pressure during an already busy period.
Choose only what makes sense for you
Some clients may want to discuss one selected area. Others may be comparing body contouring with Ideal Light red-light therapy, cryotherapy, or muscle toning. A combination can be considered, but more services do not automatically produce a better result. Your consultation should make the options simpler and clearer, not turn them into an obligation.
Share relevant health conditions, pregnancy, implanted devices, medications, prior procedures, or treatment-area concerns. Exact methods and individual circumstances matter, so seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when you need medical guidance about suitability. If a service does not align with your needs or comfort, the responsible choice may be to skip it.
Privacy for a personal decision
Viva Cryo recognizes that many body-contouring clients prefer not to discuss treatment publicly. Appointments take place in the studio at 121 W 27th Street in Flatiron/NoMad, with an emphasis on discretion and a premium, appointment-based experience. Before-and-after content may be reused only with explicit permission and subject consent.
Mindbody handles current scheduling. Book a consultation early enough to discuss your calendar without assuming a particular outcome by the wedding. The most valuable part of the first visit is a realistic plan that accounts for your priorities and leaves room for uncertainty.
Wedding preparation already comes with enough noise. Viva Cryo's role is to offer clear information, respectful guidance, and a private setting where you can decide what feels appropriate for you.
